We have this really wok that was a gift from my sister. Really nice. And sadly, we never use it. Until tonight! In an attempt to eat more vegetables and spend less time in the kitchen I thought maybe we should try using the wok. We got broccoli in our csa box, and the store had grass fed steaks on sale a couple of weeks ago so I stocked my freezer.
Some garlic and a little onion and a splash of tamari and we had dinner. On the table in less than 15 minutes (I’d prepped almost everything earlier in the day) AND healthy to boot.
